1. Who we are

rankmcp.dev ("the Service", "we") is operated by Automation Craft, Bengaluru, India (GSTIN: 29ETFPM5577J1ZW) ("the Operator"). Contact: support@rankmcp.dev.

2. What we sell

The Service sells paid placement: permanent listings in a public directory of MCP servers, ranked by cumulative amounts paid. A purchase buys (a) creation of a new listing, or (b) an increase to an existing listing's lifetime total. This is a digital advertising/placement product. It is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation and never expires.

3. Payment processing

Payments are collected on our behalf by PayPal. Automation Craft is the seller of record; PayPal is the payment processor and issues a payment receipt. Prices are in US dollars and are exclusive of any taxes that may apply to you. Billing inquiries: support@rankmcp.dev.

4. The ranking rules

• Rank is determined solely by lifetime paid total (descending), with ties broken by earlier first payment.
• Any person may pay to increase any listing's total. Rank positions are relative and not guaranteed: other buyers may pay to move above you at any time. What you purchase is the addition to your total, not a fixed position.
• The first three listings ("founding seats") were granted at no charge, ranked among themselves by who claimed first.

5. Listing content

• You must have the right to list the URL you submit. Listings must relate to real MCP servers, agent tooling, or developer software.
• We may remove or hide listings that are unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malware-related, or squatting on URLs they don't represent. Removed listings are not refunded (their totals are preserved and can be restored if the issue is resolved).
• Listing content edits require verification via the registered email address.

6. No warranties

The Service lists third-party software; we do not audit, endorse, or warrant any listed server. The board, feeds, and MCP endpoint are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, agent reads, citations, or any commercial outcome from placement.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid through the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date changes when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes to the ranking rules will never retroactively reduce a listing's lifetime total.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Payment processing is additionally subject to PayPal's user agreement.
