Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Listing data you submit (URL, name, description, tags, endpoint details) - public by design; that's the product.
• Owner email address - stored privately, never displayed, used only for edit links ("magic links"), outbid alerts, and payment confirmations.
• Payment data - handled entirely by PayPal. We never see or store card numbers. We store the PayPal order/capture ID and amount.
• Aggregate metrics - click counts and agent-read counts per listing. We do not store IP addresses with these counters; throttling uses transient in-memory hashes.
• Agent query log - tool name, filters, and result counts of MCP queries (no identity, no IP), displayed as the public activity ticker.

What we don't do

• No sale or sharing of personal data. Ever.
• No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics scripts.
• No marketing email - you only hear from us transactionally (edit links, outbid alerts, receipts).

Cloudflare (hosting), PayPal (payments), Resend (transactional email).

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data (your email address; listing content is public commercial data but takedown requests are honored per our Terms). Contact support@rankmcp.dev - we respond within 30 days.

Retention

Owner emails are kept while the listing exists. Payment records are kept as required for accounting. Magic-link tokens expire in 15 minutes and are single-use.
