Refund Policy

Short version: all sales are final.

What you buy on rankmcp.dev is digital placement - a permanent listing, or a permanent increase to a listing's ranked total. Delivery is instant and irreversible: the moment payment is confirmed, your listing is live, ranked, and served to humans and AI agents. Because the product is delivered in full at the moment of purchase, purchases are non-refundable.

• Being outbid (another listing passing yours) is not grounds for a refund - rank positions are relative by design; your paid total is never reduced by others' payments.
• If we remove your listing for a Terms violation, no refund is issued.
• If a payment was made fraudulently or in error, contact support@rankmcp.dev within 72 hours and we will review it in good faith.
• Payment disputes may also be raised through PayPal's resolution process. If a refund or reversal is issued through PayPal, the corresponding amount is deducted from the listing's lifetime total and its rank adjusts accordingly.
